CLARKSVILLE, Ark. – The Concordia University Texas men's soccer team played Ozarks to a scoreless draw in an American Southwest Conference (ASC) contest on Thursday at Hurie Soccer Field.

The Tornados (1-7-2, 1-3-1 ASC) picked up the point despite being outshot 16-3. Matthew Butler, Christian Fredrickson and Marshal Tucker each had one shot apiece for Concordia Texas.

The Eagles (6-5-3, 1-3-2 ASC) put nine of their 16 shots on target, but CTX goalkeeper Nick Martin stopped each of them.

Martin, who recorded a pair of saves in the overtime periods, netted his first full shutout of the season.

The Tornados will return to action on Saturday at seventh-ranked Texas-Dallas. Kick-off is scheduled for 3 p.m. at UTD Soccer Field in Richardson, Texas.
