AUSTIN, Texas – The 20th-ranked Concordia University Texas baseball team will hit the road this week for a three-game set American Southwest Conference (ASC) series at Texas-Tyler. The series opens at 7 p.m. Thursday and will conclude with a 1 p.m. doubleheader the following day.
The Tornados (23-7, 18-5 ASC) have won three of their last four contests and lead the league by two and a half games. Concordia Texas claimed two of three from visiting Howard Payne last weekend at Tornado Field.
The Tornados boast the nation's top pitching staff with a 1.82 ERA.
