AUSTIN, Texas – The 23rd-ranked Concordia University Texas baseball team scored three runs in the sixth inning to defeat No. 29 George Fox, 6-4, on Sunday at Tornado Field.
WHERE THEY STAND• The Tornados won their third consecutive game and improved to 3-1 overall.
• The Bruins finished their trip to Texas with a 2-2 record.
HIGHLIGHTS•
Trevor Harlos came on as a pinch hitter in the sixth inning and drove in two runs to give Concordia Texas a 5-4 lead.

Michael Evan followed Harlos with an infield single that pushed
Colton Poindexter across the plate. Evan finished with two hits, including a triple to lead off the fourth inning.

Adam Ortega and
Carson Schindler both drove in runs in the fourth. Ortega singled through the right side to bring in Evan, while Schindler grounded out to first base, allowing
Damian Del Signore to score from third.
• After George Fox scored two runs in the top of the third inning, CTX picked up a run in the bottom half on Poindexter's run-scoring single to left field.

Dillon Stavinoha earned the win in relief. The left-hander pitched four scoreless innings, giving up only two hits while posting a pair of strikeouts.
