TYLER, Texas – The Concordia Texas women's soccer team fell 9-2 Thursday night at UT Tyler.
Madi Timmons put the Tornados on the board in the 81st minute, and Peyton Heilig converted a penalty kick in the 85th minute to help the Concordia cause.
The Patriots scored early and often, tallying five goals in the first half and adding four more as the second half unfolded. UTT's Vanessa Rangel and Bailey Wooten both scored twice in the contest.
CTX returns to action Saturday to conclude the regular season at Ozarks. Kickoff is set for 5 p.m.
