TYLER, Texas -- Concordia Texas suffered an 86-70 loss to UT Tyler in the quarterfinals of the American Southwest Conference women's basketball tournament Thursday, ending the Tornados' 2015-16 campaign.

Isis Johnson led the CTX effort with 15 points and seven boards in her final contest. Jaela Dejean added 13 points while Da'Quayla Terry tallied 10 off the bench.

The No. 5 Patriots (25-1), who were the top seed out of the ASC East, had all five starters score in double figures in a game that they led nearly wire to wire.

Concordia's Brenisha Payne scored the first basket of the contest, but after that it was nealry all UTT.

As a team, CTX was 19-of-22 at the charity stripe, postiing one of their best free-throw shooting games of the season.
