AUSTIN, Texas -- The Concordia Texas women's basketball team struggled in the fourth quarter Saturday afternoon as the Tornados fell 77-64 to Mary Hardin-Baylor at Concordia Fieldhouse.

Despite excellent performances from Jaela Dejean, Mercedes Ellison and Isis Johnson, the Tornados (10-10, 2-8 ASC) went cold from the floor in the final quarter, making just one free throw in the period. While CTX forced turnovers, it just could not get the baskets to fall.

The Cru overcame a 12-point deficit with a 15-1 run lasting the whole fourth period to come away with the win.

Dejean tallied a team-high 21 points. Ellison and Johnson added 14 each. Johnson also grabbed 13 boards.

Concordia returns to action Monday at 5:30 against Ozarks.
