BOX SCORE AUSTIN, Texas -- After a tough loss Saturday, the Concordia Texas women's basketball team was able to get back into the win column with a 70-58 triumph over Ozarks Monday evening.

Emily Cullers and isis Johnson all finished with 15 points apiece. Johnson added 16 boards for her second straight double-double.
Jaela Dejean dished out nine assists.
As a team, the Tornados (11-10, 3-8 ASC) drained 12 3-pointers in the victory, including five from borh Strobel and Cullers. Concordia also controlled the boards by a 48-35 margin.
The Tornados led nearly wire-to-wire and stayed strong after holding a 35-25 lead at the break.
The Eagles (9-10, 2-9) were able to cash in on some forced turnovers, but they were unable to get a significant run going.UO's Bryanna Moltz tallied a game-best 19 points.
Concordia hits the road Thursday for an important road contest at Howard Payne. Tip-off is set for 5:30 PM.
