ABILENE, Texas - The Concordia Men's Tennis team, in their second road match of the weekend, fell 7-2 to McMurry on Sunday.
The Tornados won one of the three double matches as 
Zach Haynie and 
Clayton Hernandez came away with an 8-5 win at line two. At line one, 
Holt Fields and 
Leo Marchesi suffered a tough loss, losing the match in the tiebreaker 7-4. 
Adrian Montes and 
Victor Escalon won only two games, losing at line three. 
In the singles, 
Adrian Montes would earn the lone win for CTX with a win at line five after winning the pro-set tiebreaker 10-6 after splitting the first two sets. Haynie and Hernandez would both take the opening set before the War Hawks would rally to win both matches. Fields, playing at line one, suffered a tough loss, losing both sets 6-4, 6-4.
The Tornados return home to host Sul Ross State at River Place Country Club on March 31 at 3:30 p.m.
