KERRVILLE, Texas – The Concordia Texas men's and women's soccer games against Schreiner were canceled due to the weather conditions at Mountaineer Field on Wednesday.

The Tornados were scheduled for a doubleheader with the women to play at 2 p.m. and the men following at 4 p.m.

The women's soccer team would play into the 68th minute of a scoreless game when a lightning delay was announced. The continued lightning and eventual rain in the area led to the women's game being called a no contest and the men's soccer game being canceled as well.

Up next, the women's soccer team will travel to San Antonio, Texas for a non-conference matchup versus Our Lady of the Lake on Sunday at 5 p.m., while the men's team will have a road contest against Southwestern on Friday in Georgetown, Texas at 6 p.m.
