AUSTIN, Texas – The Concordia Texas Baseball Program has announced it will host a Fall Prospect Camp on Saturday, December 10th and will occur regardless of weather conditions in the Austin area. Tornado Field is an all-turf facility that features indoor cages making workouts in the weather less problematic. The camp will take place at Tornado Field on the campus of Concordia University Texas. This camp is for current high school Juniors ('24 grads), Seniors ('23 grads), and Junior College transfers who are looking to play for Concordia University Texas. Registration and check-in for pitchers ONLY will open at 8:30 am on Saturday 12/10. Registration will take place inside the Williams Family Clubhouse. Payments will only be accepted during check-in. CTX accepts cash, card, or checks and checks must be made payable to Concordia Baseball. Pitchers will stretch and begin warming up at 9:00 am with bullpen sessions and pitching discussions starting around 9:30 am. After all bullpens are completed, players and parents are invited to take a campus tour lead by CTX admissions around 12:00 pm. After the tour, players and parents will return to Tornado Field where the CTX coaching staff will hold a Q&A.

Registration for position players will take place at 11:30 a.m. in the Williams Family Clubhouse. Around 12 pm, players and parents are invited to take a campus tour lead by CTX admissions. This is an opportunity for prospects interested in the Concordia Baseball program to show off their skills in front of Concordia coaches as well as work and interact with current Tornado players. Position players will take batting practice be timed in 60's, get INF/OF velocities and work out at their positions. High school Juniors ('24) and Seniors ('23) as well as Junior College transfers are encouraged to sign up for the camp here. Players should bring spikes and turf shoes, a glove, a bat, and a helmet. Additionally, players should be dressed in proper baseball attire.
