Women’s Golf Takes Sixth at Crusader Cup

Andrea Juarez led the way for Concordia.

IRVING, Texas — The Concordia Texas women's golf team secured a sixth-place finish out of nine teams at the 2026 Crusader Cup, hosted at Hackberry Creek Country Club in Irving, Texas.

Competing on the par-72 layout across two rounds, the Tornados battled through challenging conditions and showed resilience throughout the tournament.

Andrea Juarez led the way for Concordia, finishing at +44 overall. Juarez improved in the second round, trimming four strokes from her opening-round score to post a +20 on day two.

Remme Trujillo followed closely with a +48 tournament total, while Reese Trujillo and Paige Zehner each finished at +51 for the event. Zehner posted the team's lowest round of the tournament on day one, highlighting Concordia's strong start in the field of nine programs.

Concordia Texas will next travel to Kerrville, Texas to compete in the Schreiner Spring Shootout beginning next Monday, March 2nd.
