WESTWORTH VILLAGE, Texas - The Concordia Texas women's golf team competed at the SCAC Championships at Hawks Creek Golf Course in Westworth Village, Texas, finishing sixth overall with a team total of 861 (+141). Due to weather, the final round was shortened to nine holes.
Sophia Padilla led the Tornados with a strong showing, placing 15th overall at 206 (+26). Remme Trujillo followed with a 21st-place finish at 211 (+31), while Andrea Juarez tied for 29th at 222 (+42).
Reese Trujillo placed 31st overall at 225 (+45), and Silvia Alejandra Martinez-Ibarra rounded out the lineup in 34th at 228 (+48).
As a team, Concordia battled through challenging conditions and a shortened final round, gaining valuable experience against a competitive conference field. With the completion of the SCAC Championships, this marks the end of the 2025-26 campaign.Â
