SEGUIN, Texas - The Concordia Texas track & field team leaped to new heights in day on of the TLU Invitational. Damari Rainey, Aiden Ysaguirre, & Zachary Miller all notched PRs at Bulldog Stadium on Friday.

Concordia Texas saw a strong showing in the long jump event on day one, highlighted by multiple personal bests and a trio of finalists advancing.

On the men's side, three Tornados recorded personal records as Miller (5.97m), Ysaguirre (6.26m), and Rainey (6.04m) each turned in career-best marks.

Sean Ray Makolo led the group with a jump of 6.37m to place seventh, while Ysaguirre finished eighth with his PR mark to secure a spot in the finals. Nick Anderson added a jump of 5.54m.

On the women's side, Nasiah Martin secured a place in the finals with a jump of 4.02m, finishing eighth overall.
