San Antonio, Texas – Matt Ruhe and Robert Solis each posted a top-10 finish individually to lead the Concordia University Texas men's track & field on the second day of action at the Incarnate Word Invitational on Saturday, March 2. The two-day event was being held at Benson Stadium.

Ruhe ran a blistering time of 10.95 seconds in the 100-meter dash to place ninth overall, while Robert Solis also had a ninth-place performance by recording a toss that sailed 116-feet, 9-inches in the discus throw. Michael Normand placed 11th in the 800-meter run in 1:59.76 and anchored the fourth-place 4x400-meter relay team that hit the tape in 3:28.74 and also included JJ Jenkins, James Washington and Alix Chavez.

Concordia competes at the Texas Southern Relays on March 15-16.
