GEORGETOWN, Texas – The Concordia Texas women's tennis team seeking the second win a row, came up short, falling to Southwestern 9-0 on Tuesday.

The Tornados would fall behind 3-0 after doubles as Danielle Cutleri and Lelya Martinez fell at line one 8-2. Hayley Anderson and Justus Aarhus would fall at line two, while Lauren Fox and Alexis Popovich came up short at line three.

Concordia Texas would look to rebound in the singles matches, but were unable to pick up a win, losing the team match 9-0.

Up next, the Tornados will turn their attention to LeTourneau in a non-conference match on March 10 at 12 p.m. at River Place Country Club.
