SAN ANTONIO, Texas - The Concordia Texas track & field program wrapped up their competition at the Trinity Last Chance Meet in with several strong performances and a pair of personal records.
Leading the way was Isaias Mendoza, who posted a PR of 1:55.43 in the 800m. His mark now ranks as the second-fastest time in program history, trailing only Rajeem Garnet (1:54.63). Gerardo Leal also delivered a PR performance, clocking a 4:40.20 in the 1500m.
In the field events, Nick Anderson cleared 1.96m in the high jump, while Garrett Valencik posted a mark of 1.86m. On the women's side, Camille McWhorter ran a 17.04 in the 100m hurdles.
Also competing in the 800m were Hector Gutierrez Jr. with a time of 2:08.03 and Damon Vasquez at 2:08.96.
