AUSTIN, Texas – Due to COVID-related concerns, the Concordia Texas men's basketball team has canceled its upcoming games against McMurry and Hardin-Simmons, announced by the program on Tuesday.

The Tornados were scheduled to go on the road to face the War Hawks on Thursday, followed by a showdown against the Cowboys on Saturday in Abilene, Texas, but due to recent COVID results, the games have been canceled.

Concordia Texas will next prepare for a home contest against HSU on Jan. 28 at 7:30 p.m. inside Concordia Fieldhouse. At this time, the Tornados do not allow fans for home basketball games, but can follow the game with live stats and video.
 
Meanwhile, the CTX women's basketball games are still scheduled to play. The Tornados will face McM on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. followed by Saturday's contest against HSU set to tip-off at 1 p.m.
