Pam Skinner played four seasons of basketball and one season of volleyball at Concordia. The Temple native is the women's basketball program's all-time leader in points (2,200), rebounds (1,121) and blocked shots (109).

Skinner came to the Austin campus in the fall of 1989 and competed in both basketball and volleyball as a freshman. She then turned her full attention to basketball for the next three seasons.

As a dominating post player, Skinner averaged 20 or more points in her final three campaigns. During her junior year, she netted a career-high 44 points against Schreiner, which is still tied as the top single-game mark in school history. Skinner also set the program's single-game record with 26 rebounds versus East Texas Baptist a year later.

Skinner was a two-time NAIA All-District 4 selection and twice earned NAIA District 4 Player of the Week honors. On January 24, 1993, she was tabbed NAIA National Player of the Week, and the 5-foot-11 center also earned honorable-mention All-America honors as a senior.

In 109 games with the Lady Stags, she averaged 20.2 points and 10.3 rebounds. She netted 40 or more points four times, and the 698 points scored during her senior campaign has stood as the program's single-season mark for more than 20 years.
